Mrs. Courtney Salmon
Mrs. Salmon and her family live in Palmer where she has been a life-long member of St. John's Lutheran Church and currently serves as organist and all things Christian Ed. related. Her husband is a photographer for the Grand Island Independent and their daughters currently attend Trinity and Heartland Lutheran schools.
In 2007 she earned her BSEd in Elementary Education/Early Childhood and Lutheran Teacher's Diploma from Concordia University, Seward. Her first call was to Zion Lutheran in Worms where she taught various grades and subjects and served as Head Teacher the last two years before its closure in 2016. After the closure, she spent seven years in public education serving at-risk preschool students as a general and special educator. In 2020, she earned her MEd in Early Childhood Special Education from Concordia University, Seward. She feels blessed to be back in a setting where she can freely share God's Word and the love of Christ.
